Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Colorio: Coloring Book Maker mobile application ("App"), operated by Mara Apps FZC LLC, located at:
AMC-Boulevard-B Building, Ajman Media City, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, BLB-S5-530.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Agreement with the Developer

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Mara Apps FZC LLC, not with Apple Inc.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

2. Use of the App

Colorio: Coloring Book Maker provides tools for creating and transforming images.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality or security
Use the App for harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Colorio: Coloring Book Maker offers in-app purchases, including subscriptions.

Payments are processed through your Apple ID
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings

We do not store or process your payment details.

4. User Content

The App may allow you to upload, create, or generate content (such as images or drawings).

You retain ownership of your content
We do not claim ownership of your content

By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and use your content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s functionality, including generating, storing, and allowing access to your results.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Image Processing and AI Features

The App uses automated processing technologies, including third-party services, to transform user-provided images into stylized outputs.

To provide this functionality, your content may be transmitted to third-party processing services and stored as necessary to enable features such as generating results, accessing previous content, and reprocessing images.

Results are generated automatically and may vary depending on the input.
We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, or meet your expectations.

6. Data Storage and Availability

To provide core functionality, including access to previously generated content and reuse of uploaded images, your content may be stored in secure infrastructure and made available within the App.

We take reasonable measures to protect stored data and restrict access to authorized systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including its design, features, and functionality, are owned by Mara Apps FZC LLC.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App
Use any part of the App without our prior written permission

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
The results obtained from the App will meet your expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mara Apps FZC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
