User-provided images are used solely to provide the app’s core functionality, including generating stylized coloring pages, sketches, or other visual transformations.

3. Purchases

Colorio: Coloring Book Maker offers in-app purchases, including subscriptions.

All payments are processed by Apple via your Apple ID.
We do not collect or store your payment information.

We may receive limited information from Apple, such as subscription status, to provide access to premium features.

4. Device Permissions

Colorio: Coloring Book Maker may request access to the following:

Camera — to allow users to capture images for use within the app
Photo Library — to allow users to upload and save images

Access is requested only to enable core app functionality.

5. Third-Party Services and Processing

To provide certain features, user-uploaded images may be securely transmitted to third-party service providers (such as AI-based image processing services) strictly for the purpose of generating requested visual outputs.

These third-party services may temporarily process and store data as necessary to perform image processing tasks. Such processing is limited to providing the requested functionality and is not used for independent purposes.

We do not control the internal data retention practices of these third-party providers, but we require that they process data securely and in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

We may also use third-party services such as analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Firebase, AppsFlyer) to improve the app.

6. Data Storage and Security

User-uploaded images and generated content may be stored securely in cloud infrastructure to enable core app functionality, including accessing previously generated results and supporting reprocessing features.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access.

Stored content is not publicly accessible and access is restricted to authorized systems and services.

7. Data Retention

User-uploaded images and generated content are retained to provide the app’s functionality, including allowing users to access their generated content and reuse previously uploaded images.

Users can delete their generated content within the app. Once deleted, the content is no longer accessible to the user and is removed from active use within the application.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to support these purposes and is managed in accordance with reasonable data retention practices.

Colorio: Coloring Book Maker does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
