1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Infinity VPN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Description of Service

Infinity VPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services intended to:

• Help protect your online privacy;

• Encrypt certain network traffic between your device and our servers;

• Provide a more secure connection to the internet.

We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. Lawful and Acceptable Use

You agree to use Infinity VPN only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the App for:

• Any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity;

• Infringing intellectual property rights of others;

• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code;

• Attacking, probing, or disrupting networks or systems;

• Spamming or other abusive behavior.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

4. No-Logs Approach

Infinity VPN is designed with a no-logs approach as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use the App to intentionally monitor or record your online activity or the content of the data you transmit through the VPN service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Infinity VPN may offer paid subscription plans or premium features.

• On iOS devices, payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system and governed by Apple’s terms.

• On Android devices, payments are processed through Google Play Billing and governed by Google’s terms.

Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. We do not handle payment details directly.

Any refunds, where applicable, are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google Play and not directly by Infinity VPN.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;

• Any defects will be corrected;

• The App will be compatible with all devices, operating systems, or networks;

• The App will meet all of your expectations or requirements.

You use Infinity VPN at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity VPN and its owners, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

If you are dissatisfied with any part of the App or these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the App and remove it from your device.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Infinity VPN or its licensors. These materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the App except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Infinity VPN at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, or engaged in behavior that could harm the App or other users.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms periodically. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Infinity VPN after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service provider is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Your use of the App may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
